Massage / Body Treatments

We offer massage and body treatments from 9:00 am to 8:00 pm.  Advanced reservations are required and can be made by calling 1.888.687.3253.  24 hour notice is required for change or cancellations. 

Please arrive 15 minutes early prior to your first scheduled appointment.



 

Citrus Body Polish	40 minutes	$50.00
Gently exfoliate your body by lifting off dead skin cells, simultaneously calming the nervous system and invigorating the skin, leaving it soft and silky smooth.  This treatment can be done independently or is ideal as a 20 minute treatment prior to a massage.
Regenerating Leg Treatment	40 minutes	$50.00
This treatment is most ideal after a day of hiking or biking on the red rock mesas or in the mountains. It's great for regenerating tired achy legs.
Salt Glow Foot Refresher	35 minutes	$50.00
Begin by treating yourself to a soothing foot bath.  Then close your eyes and relax while receiving a sea salt foot scrub followed by a refreshing foot massage.  (Wear your own clothing or one of the Inns thick terry robes)
Swedish Massage	60 minutes	$75.00
Swedish is a relaxing form of massage, using long slow strokes to calm, soothe, and increase circulation and lymphatic flow. This treatment helps to cleanse your body of toxins while achieving a sense of relaxation.  Swedish is a preferred type of massage for those who don't feel comfortable with deep pressure massage.
Therapeutic Massage	60 minutes	$75.00
A Full body massage using a combination of advanced techniques. The advanced techniques offer a combination of Swedish, deep tissue, trigger point and lomi lomi massage.
Deep Tissue	60 minutes	$90.00
A massage treatment designed to help relieve chronic stress by working deep into your fascia and muscles. This treatment is a point specific treatment and is not designed as a full body massage.
Deluxe Full Body	90 minutes	$95.00
This is an extended full body Massage of Swedish or Therapeutic massage. Treat yourself to 90 minutes of pure heaven.
Hawaiian Lomi Lomi	75 minutes	$95.00
An ancient Hawaiian spiritual tradition of healing that revitalizes the body, mind, and spirit through massage integrated with music specific to the Lomi Lomi experience. The deep profound states of relaxation cultivated in Lomi Lomi facilitate the release of emotional and mental tensions.  The physical movements stimulate the lymphatic, circulation, and nervous system.
Outdoor Massage	60 minutes	$110.00
Enjoy a therapeutic or Swedish massage in the mountains among a grove of aspen trees or surrounded by the red rock mesas.  Weather permitting.  Requires pre-arrangements.
